I love the power I feel when I'm out on that field, knowing I can make a difference of the ending result! I live for the sound of the bat ringing in your head, the pop that the ball makes as it falls into your glove, the wonderful taste of dirt and you dive for that ball, or slide into home, or even when your mouthpiece falls. At practice, it may be hard, but you'll make it thru no matter what, and you know it'll only do good. I don't mind when I have to get up at 5 am to run thru McDonalds for a drivethru breakfast, go to a tournament 3 hours away, to warmup in the freezing morning air, and never get cold.
